Information we collect
When you submit a form on draybit.com, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company, and any other fields you complete. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). Account registration for Draybit Wholesale happens at wholesale.draybit.com and is covered by this same policy.
How we use your information
We use your information for one purpose: to provide the service. That means responding to your inquiries, creating and supporting your Draybit Wholesale account, and operating the platform. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own use, and it is never used for advertising.
Data storage
Form submissions are transmitted to our internal systems via encrypted connection and used only to provide the service. We retain your data for as long as necessary to respond to you and to operate your account.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to count page visits so we can keep the site working well. That data is aggregated, is not used to identify you, and is never sold. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
